Robotics Educational & Competition Foundation - Exciting engineering challenges using VEX Robotics

Presented by: Robotics Education and Competition Foundation

The REC Foundation’s VEX family of robotics programs for elementary school through college students includes 24,000 teams in over 60 countries. These engaging programs offer a direct response to workforce and industry needs with participants more likely to consider studying science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) beyond high school.  Our programs are student centered which allows students to go through the engineering design process: Ask, Research, Imagine, Plan, Create, Test and Improve. The REC Foundation’s mission is to keep programs hands on, affordable and sustaining for all students. Students grades 4 - 8, can participate in VEX IQ Challenges and students grades 6 - 12 can participate VEX EDR Challenges.
