Manufacturing is where STEM skills go to work! Mass MEP educates students about manufacturing careers and helps them connect with manufacturers. “Spin the Wheel” test your manufacturing knowledge, win a prize. “Is this something being manufactured today?” and other customizable presentations for student groups to help get them excited about turning new ideas into products. Old-school manufacturing versus todays advanced manufacturing through discussion and images. The All Made Possible (AMP) program: project-based learning, entrepreneurship, teamwork and technical skills needed in 21st century advanced manufacturing. Level 1 and Level 2 MACWIC Certification Testing, register classes for “question of the day” and testing. Educational pyramid pathway to college. Provide students, educators/guidance professionals, access to Mass MEP’s Manufacturing LINK to encourage interaction with the manufacturing community, arrange career fairs, tours, internships, co-ops and entry-level positions. Connections to important partners and resources. Unique presentations, interactive projects to meet the needs of various audiences.
